In short, if the content deviates from what we agreed to, we fix it. If the goalposts move, this is considered new work, not grounds for a refund.

  1. Refunds for non‑delivery or major delay

    • If we fail to deliver any draft within 10 business days past the agreed delivery date, and this delay is solely due to our actions (not waiting on your feedback, approvals, or information), you may request a partial refund for the delayed portion of the project.
